Charity Silent Auction

We will have over 60 great items to bid for in 2012.

Can you offer us a lot for our Silent Auction to help the  Charities we will be supporting in 2012.  If you have an item you would like to donate please download, complete and return the form below.

 If you would like to make a bid for any of ther items click here and complete the form.  Bids for the Lots in this Silent Auction can be placed at any time prior to the Duntreath Castle Garden Show or during the Show itself.

 You will be told the current highest bid and will be invited to beat it with your offer.  We will need to record your details in order for us to contact you if you are the successful bidder.

Bids can also be placed at the Silent Auction Tent which will be open at the Gala Evening on Friday 15th June, and on both public days of the  Garden Show - Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th June 2012.

Bidding will close at 4pm on Sunday 17th June 2012.  The winner of each Lot will be the highest bidder at that time.  Full Terms and Conditions of the Silent Auction.

The Glasgow Rotary  Club  is organising the Silent Auction.  Please bid generously as every penny of the proceeds of the Garden Show is for the nomitnated Charities.  In the case of Glasgow Rotary Club the proceeds will be used to support local, national, and international charitable causes.  All donations to Rotary are used in total—there are no administration charges.  The 1.2 million Rotarians throughout the world give their time freely.
